I received a question about my techniques and mediums I use, so I thought I’d write a little spill about what I use to create my pieces. I used acrylics on the hair, horns and jewelry, and oils on the skin, background, and dress. I started with acrylics and moved into the oils. I was experimenting with what I could do with both mediums. Found that I couldn’t use acrylics over the oils but I could use the oils over the acrylics quite easily. I was using the new water soluble oils, but I didn’t actually use any water to dilute the paint. Found that the paint wouldn’t work the way that I wanted it, so I use special linsee

Going for my degree in Visual Art's and for the next little bit I'll be posting some of classical art, in other words acrylics on canvas and print works. I miss working with my computer, it's less messy.
